ABS Online Survey and related information which is provided to you via this website is licensed to you by the Commonwealth of Australia, represented by the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS).
2. Permitted Uses and Restrictions

3. Warranty on forms
The ABS will accept completion of a survey form where the provider/respondent has followed the instructions provided by the ABS Online Survey fully and honestly. The provider/respondent accepts that the ABS Online Survey has been provided solely to assist members of the public to discharge their obligations through an alternative method of completion and the ABS cannot accept any responsibility for the use or operation of ABS Online Survey .
4. Limitation of Liability
The ABS gives no warranty that ABS Online Survey is free of fault. The ABS will not be liable, except pursuant to any implied warranty, for any loss or damage howsoever caused whether due to negligence or otherwise arising from use of or reliance on ABS Online Survey . In no event shall the total liability of the ABS to you for all damages exceed the value of this licence. If any dispute arises under this licence, the prevailing party shall be reimbursed by the other party for any and all legal fees and costs associated with dispute resolution.

5. Term and Termination
You may use ABS Online Survey to complete this survey only. Your rights to use ABS Online Survey will terminate automatically without notice from the ABS if you fail to comply with any term of this licence.
6. Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your User/Unit Identifier and Password and of the environment in which the ABS Online Survey is used.
7. Applicable Law and Severability
This licence is covered by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory. Where a court finds that any provision of this licence to be unenforceable, the remainder of this licence shall continue in full force and effect.
