All Basic CURFs are available on CD-ROM, with most also available in the ABS Remote Access Data Laboratory (RADL). Basic CURFs marked with an * are not available in the RADL.
Expanded CURFs are only available in the RADL.
CURFs can also be made available under controlled conditions via the ABS Data Laboratory (ABSDL).
Click on the title of the CURF below for a summary of its content. This includes the number of confidentialised individual statistical records, and their characteristics (geographic, socio-demographic, employment etc). The summary usually includes a link to a Technical Manual/Information Paper which provides more detailed information for each CURF.
Some CURFs are released with special conditions of use. When applying for the Expanded versions of these CURFs, both the organisation's Responsible Officer and each Individual User need to complete and submit a Special Conditions form.
Statistics New Zealand (SNZ) Basic CURFs are also available on CD-ROM to Australian Universities participating in the ABS/Universities Australia Agreement. See Available Confidentialised Unit Record Files for a full list of SNZ CURFs. |
