Overview

The aim of this course is to provide participants with the knowledge and confidence to make good decisions about running surveys in their community.

Who should attendThis course will provide participants with basic knowledge about the survey process, information about key issues/concerns in the survey process and skills to ask the right questions of the experts.

Course outcomesOn completion you'll be able to:
  • Understand the importance of planning to success of a survey.
  • Understanding of all the elements in survey design.
  • Identify the risks associated with the survey process & implement mitigating strategies.

Course contents
  • Introduction to the Survey Cycle & Data Quality Framework.
  • How to decide if a survey is needed.
  • How to manage information collected.
