User Group Manager’s Report.
Welcome to the CDATA User Group 'Newspoint' - we hope you find it valuable for keeping up to date with the development of CDATA 2001 and other Census electronic product output
We have now seen an end to the CDATA 2001 product development and output phase. The ABS intends to undertake a major review of the products and services from the 2001 Census as part of an overall review of that census. This will serve as an input to the development of the 2006 Census Dissemination Strategy.
The ABS is now calling for public comment on the proposed 2006 Census Output Strategy via the following document;
Comments can be made online by completing the questionnaire available from the Abs website. www.abs.gov.au > Census.
The Questionnaire must be completed by 15th December.
We encourage CDATA Users & User Group members to be involved in this user consultation process.
All the best in visiting and using the CDATA User Group!
