This document is a hard copy answer sheet for the 2008 Questionnaire. This can be used in class in conjunction with the 2008 CensusAtSchool Questionnaire sample (shown above). The answer sheet is designed to assist teachers in conducting the questionnaire with students, when access to computers is not possible.
