The Using CensusAtSchool Data CD ROM available free to all schools and teachers. Produced by the CensusAtSchool team, this CD guides teachers and students through four statistical problems using the CensusAtSchool Data.

Professional Development Outline
Run your own PD sessions. Use this PD session outline to develop the skills of other teachers to the level where they will be confident to use CensusAtSchool data in a spreadsheet.
The session includes:
saving a random sample as an MS Excel file
preparing your own simplified sample
using functions eg. Countif
constructing summary tables
drawing and formatting graphs.
