DISEASES OF THE EYE AND EAR (H00-H95)

Since 1998, a total of 119 deaths have been attributed to Diseases of the eye and ear (H00-H95). Of these, 48 (40%) were male and 71 (60%) were female.

Diseases of the middle ear and mastoid (H65-H75) have accounted for a total of 61 deaths since 1998, 51% of all deaths due to Diseases of the eye and ear. Visual disturbances and blindness (H53-H54) have accounted for a total of 17 deaths (14%).
