VOLUME OF DATA DOWNLOADED


The overall volume of data downloaded in the three months ended 30 June 2014 increased by 16%, compared with the three months ended 31 December 2013, to 996,225 Terabytes.

Data downloaded by fixed-line broadband (963,429 Terabytes) accounted for 97% of all internet downloads in the three months ended 30 June 2014.

The volume of data downloaded by fixed-line broadband increased by 17% in the three months to 30 June 2014 compared to the three months to 31 December 2013. Over the last year, the volume of data downloaded by fixed line broadband showed a 53% increase.
