WHAT'S NEW IN THE LABOUR FORCE
UNDEREMPLOYMENT IN AUSTRALIA
As previously advised, there are new monthly trend and seasonally adjusted underemployment and underutilisation series commencing with this issue of Labour Force, Australia (cat. no. 6202.0). The new series are located in Time Series Spreadsheets 22 and 23 and PDF tables 20 and 21. Time Series Spreadsheets 24 and 25 contain new expanded analytical series of underutilisation.
On page 11 of this publication is an article titled "Underemployment in Australia" to assist with the interpretation of the new underemployment series.
