SPIRITS AND READY TO DRINK (PRE-MIXED) BEVERAGES

The quantity of alcohol available for consumption in the form of spirits (excluding RTDs) decreased by 3.6% between 2012-13 and 2013-14, from 24.0 million litres to 23.2 million litres. The quantity of alcohol available for consumption in the form of RTDs decreased by 4.3% during this period, from 12.1 million litres to 11.6 million litres.
