Antarctica Expeditioners to Australian bases in the Australian Antarctic Territory (and other locations) are included in the Census. Their 'place of enumeration' is an off-shore Statistical Area Level 1 (SA1) in Tasmania. See also Scope and coverage, Statistical Area Level 1 (SA1).
