EXPENDITURE PER PERSON

In 2010-11, the estimate of the expenditure by local government on cultural activities was $56.80 per person, up 4% from 2009-10. In 2010-11, South Australia had the highest per person expenditure at $67.00 followed by Victoria with $64.60 and New South Wales with $57.10. In 2010-11 Tasmania had the largest increase (15%) from 2009-10, followed by Victoria (10%). (Table 13)
