ABOUT THIS RELEASE

Provides a summary overview for Australia and each State and Territory and is available free of charge via the ABS website. Contains subsets of Community Profile data, including Labour Force Status, Industry of Employment, Occupation and Qualifications and are presented in a narrative form. This Summary publication contains comparative data from the 1991, 1996 and 2001 Censuses where appropriate. This release marks the availability of 2001 Census second release variables for customised tables.
