Estimates from the 2004-05 National Health Survey indicate that:

• 12.0% of Tasmanians ate one or less serves of vegetables per day;
• 46.2% only ate one or less serves of fruit a day;
• the most popular type of milk for Tasmanians was whole milk (50.2%); and
• more females than males used low or reduced fat, skim or soy equivalent milk.
