This appendix contains details of all changes to Statistical Divisions, Statistical Subdivisions, Statistical Local Areas and Statistical Districts between ASGC Editions 1996 and 2001. Significant changes between ASGC Editions 2000 and 2001 are also listed in Appendix 4.
