Measures the level of financial product ownership in the community in relation to overall financial situation. Details are collected on all products owned, attitudes to financial matters, demographic and financial characteristics.

Purpose of Data
To provide a benchmark measure of Australian's financial product ownership and to explore factors influencing the ownership of such financial products.

Income units within households, individual members of the income unit.

Data are collected by an independent research company.

Method of Collection
Face to face interviews with representatives of 500 income units. Sample of households selected randomly.
