Persons are regarded as job mobile if they either changed employer/business or changed locality during the previous 12 months.

At February 2004, some 20.5% of employed persons had worked in their current job for less than one year, 50.6% had worked in their current job for between one year and less than 10 years, with 28.9% working for 10 or more years in their current job.
