2008 Survey of Tourist Accommodation (STA) Sample Questionnaires
Please note: These sample questionnaires are provided for research and background information only. People who have been asked to complete a survey questionnaire and who may have misplaced their original questionnaire are asked to ring 1800 304 488 to request a new hardcopy be mailed out. Do not use the sample questionnaires supplied here.

There are four forms, one for each type of establishment:
STA1 - Hotels, motels, guest houses and serviced apartments (pdf 154kb);
STA2 - Caravan parks with 40 or more powered sites (pdf 149kb);
STA3 - Holiday flats and units of letting entities with 15 or more rooms or units (pdf 151kb); and
STA4 - Visitor hostels with 25 or more bed spaces (pdf 149kb).
