3222.0 Population Projections, Australia, 2006 to 2101 — Time Series Spreadsheets

These datasets contain population projections for the three main projection series (Series A, B and C) for the period 30 June 2008 to 2101 for Australia, and 30 June 2008 to 2056 for the states and territories. Figures for 30 June 2006 are final estimated resident population based on results of the 2006 Census of Population and Housing while figures for 30 June 2007 are preliminary estimates.

For Australia, data is provided by single year of age (up to 100 years and over) and sex. For the states and territories, data is provided by single year of age (up to 85 years and over) and sex.
