    ABS Stats Mobile Application, July 2014
    The ABS Stats app has four sections: Key Economic Indicators, Census Data, the Population Clock and About the ABS.

    This release improves the Population Clock user experience.

    The ABS Stats app is available for download from the iTunes store for free.

    This update corrects the unit label for Vitamin D Interquartile range in datacubes 1-4 and 6. No data have been changed.

    Contains time series data for secured and unsecured housing finance commitments for owner occupation, commitments for construction or purchase of dwellings for rent or resale, and loan outstandings to individuals/households for housing. For secured housing finance for owner occupation, this publication presents the number and value of commitments made by banks, permanent building societies, wholesale lenders n.e.c. and other lenders, provided to individuals/households. These commitments are classified by construction of dwellings, the purchase of new and established dwellings, the refinancing of existing dwellings and alterations and additions to dwellings.

    Lending Finance, Australia, May 2014
    Contains time series data on the value of monthly commitments for secured housing finance, other personal finance, commercial and lease finance. Includes summary tables of personal and commercial finance commitments under fixed and revolving credit facilities, the value of goods under finance lease commitments, and the value of personal, commercial and lease finance commitments by purpose. Also included are thematic tables on the financing of housing, motor vehicles and plant and equipment.

    Sales of New Motor Vehicles, Australia, June 2014
    Contains monthly information on sales of new motor vehicles in each state/territory sourced from the Federal Chamber of Automotive Industries. Data are provided in original, seasonally adjusted and trend estimated terms. Sales data are available for passenger vehicles, sports utility vehicles, other vehicles and total vehicles at the state/territory and national levels.

    Building Activity, Australia, March 2014
    Presents building activity statistics, for each state and territory, and for private and public sectors for Australia. Includes number of dwelling units commenced, completed and approved not yet commenced and value of building work commenced, completed, done and yet to be done, all by state and territory. Information is provided for new residential buildings (houses and other residential), alterations and additions to residential buildings and non-residential buildings by type of building (e.g. offices, warehouses, accommodation, etc). In addition, many series are shown in seasonally adjusted and trend terms, while the value of building work commenced and done is also shown in chain volume measures. It includes more comprehensive and updated infomation to that contained in cat. no. 8755.0.

    General measure of activity within the building and construction sector, and Implicit Price Deflators. Besides sector total, the figures are broken into private and public sector construction; and into residential and non-residential building, total building, engineering construction, and non-residential construction. Data are provided on both an original and seasonally adjusted basis.

    Australian Statistical Geography Standard (ASGS): Volume 3 - Non ABS Structures, July 2014
    ASGS Non-ABS Structures are geographic areas not defined by the ABS, they are however supported by the ABS. This product releases updates to those regions that have changed since the last release. The digital boundaries, codes and labels for each of these regions are all available within this product.

    Presents the total imports (international trade basis) for the reference month and the two previous months, together with commodity aggregates at the one-digit level of the Standard International Trade Classification. No analysis is provided.
    Labour Force, Australia, Detailed - Electronic Delivery, June 2014
    A range of Excel spreadsheets and SuperTABLE datacubes. The monthly spreadsheets contain broad level data covering all the major items of the Labour Force Survey in time series format, including seasonally adjusted and trend estimates. The monthly datacubes contain more detailed and cross classified original data than the spreadsheets.

    Land Account: Great Barrier Reef Region, Experimental Estimates, June 2013
    This release provides Land Account experimental estimates for 5 Natural Resource Management (NRM) regions within the Great Barrier Reef (GBR) region in Queensland. Data presented includes land use, land cover and land value and has been compiled from directly collected data, administrative by-product information and satellite imagery.
