FRLF Relationship Between Families - 1st Release

This variable describes the relationship between families within a household. For instance, if a household contained two families where the primary family consists of a couple family with children and the second family consists of the parents of the reference person of the primary family, the FRLF of the second family is ‘Mother’s/Father’s family’.
