Tasmania's National Parks and Reserves are popular destinations for visitors. Of the estimated 652,200 visitors who arrived by scheduled airline flights and Bass Strait ferries in 2002-03, approximately 150,200 people (23.0%) visited Freycinet National Park, 77,800 (11.9%) visited Russell Falls/Mt Field National Park and 44,200 (6.8%) visited Fortescue Bay/Tasman National Park. These destinations were also popular in previous years.
