TREND ESTIMATES
  • Total job vacancies in August 2006 were 156,700, an increase of 3.8% from May 2006.
  • The number of job vacancies in the private sector was 139,900 in August 2006, an increase of 4.1% from May 2006.
  • The number of job vacancies in the public sector was 16,800 in August 2006, an increase of 2.0% from May 2006.
