This publication contains revised estimates of the quantity of grain stored in grain storage facilities operated by major bulk grain handling companies and grain traders in Australia as at 31 October 2006.

These new estimates have been released following a revision in the collected data.

In the early stages of harvesting Australia's 2006-07 winter crop, the total quantity of grain held in storage facilities operated by the major bulk grain handling companies at 31 October 2006 was 10,469,100 tonnes.
