Preliminary estimates derived from a sample survey of private businesses. Contains estimates of inventories owned by private businesses in selected industries, and estimates of sales of goods by private businesses in manufacturing and wholesaling industries. These statistics are expressed in current and volume measures and in original, seasonally adjusted and trend terms. Also contains experimental estimates of income from the sales of goods and services by private businesses in the service industries expressed in current price, original terms.
