From the September quarter 2012 index numbers for the Stage of Production, Input to the Manufacturing industries, Output of the Manufacturing industries, Output of the Construction industries and Output of the Services industries indexes have been calculated using a new weight reference period of 2007–08, derived from the Australian National Accounts: Input–Output Tables – Electronic Publication, 2007–08 Final (cat. no. 5209.0.55.001). The index structures are classified and presented according to the Australian and New Zealand Standard Industrial Classification (ANZSIC), 2006 (cat. no. 1292.0). The new weighting patterns for the Stage of Production, Input to the Manufacturing industries, Output of the Manufacturing industries, Output of the Construction industries and Output of the Services industries indexes can be found in the "Downloads" tab above. All ANZSIC 2006 divisions, subdivisions, groups and classes are included in the reweighted index structures for completeness. However, price indexes for some of the lower weighted and/or unsampled ANZSIC 2006 divisions, subdivisions, groups and classes are not available.
