Previously: Price Indexes of Materials Used in Manufacturing Industry, Australia

Measures price movements of materials used by manufacturing industry. Indexes are published separately for materials used in the manufacturing division of the Australian and New Zealand Standard Industrial Classification (ANZSIC), four of the ANZSIC manufacturing subdivisions and thirteen ANZSIC group combinations. Indexes are also presented (for the manufacturing division) for imported and domestically sourced materials.

The frequency of this publication has been changed from monthly to quarterly after the June 1997 issue.
