Contents >> 5 Graph View

The Graph View function allows users to view the data contained in their table in a variety of graph formats.
There are seven graph types to choose from. The default is the Column Graph.

Note: Graphs in TableBuilder can display a maximum of 216 data items. If your table contains more than 216 data items you need to select which data items to display in your graph using the 'selected series' list in the Customise Graph pane. Alternatively you can reduce the number of data items contained in your table or export your table to another software application with graphing functionality.

This section contains the following subsection :
5.1 How to View a Table as a Graph
5.2 How to Download, Print or Send a Graph
      5.3 Customise Graph
5.4 How to Change the Type of Graph
5.5 How to Change What is in the Graph
5.6 How to Hide/Unhide the Customise Graph Pane
