PRIVATE SECTOR HOUSES The trend estimate for the number of private sector house approvals rose in April 2007 following six months of falls. PRIVATE SECTOR OTHER DWELLINGS The trend estimate for the number of private sector other dwellings approved is now showing rises for four consecutive months.
