ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of alterations and additions fell 0.4% in March and has fallen for 15 months. NON-RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of non-residential building fell 2.0% in March and has fallen for nine months.
