In seasonally adjusted terms the estimate fell 7.8% to 10,771 dwellings.


NUMBER OF PRIVATE SECTOR HOUSES

The trend estimate for private sector houses approved fell 0.3% in February.

In seasonally adjusted terms the estimate fell 3.4% to 7,214 houses.


NUMBER OF PRIVATE SECTOR DWELLINGS EXCLUDING HOUSES

In seasonally adjusted terms the estimate fell 15.8% to 3,385 dwellings.
