Live sheep exports decreased 1% to 878 thousand in the year to the June quarter 2009. Gross value increased 20% to $77.7 million, while unit value increased 21% to $88.55.


EXPORTS OF LIVE CATTLE

Exports of live cattle increased 31% to 234 thousand in the year to the June quarter 2009. Gross value increased 35% to $146.9 million, and unit value increased 3% to $629.11.
