Livestock slaughtered and meat production (Trend) Livestock exports (Original) Livestock value (Original) About this Release	NUMBER OF LIVESTOCK EXPORTED Live exports quarterly original movements for September 2016: Exports of live cattle Live cattle exports decreased by 31% in the September 2016 quarter to 197 000 head. Of the total cattle exported, more than half (63%) were exported to Indonesia. Exports of live sheep Live sheep exports increased by 36% in the September 2016 quarter to 549 000 head. Of the total sheep exported, 21% were exported to Qatar and 19% to Kuwait.
