TOTAL HOURLY RATES OF PAY EXCLUDING BONUSES

QUARTERLY CHANGE (DEC QTR 2012 TO MAR QTR 2013)
  • The trend index for all employee jobs in Australia rose 0.7%.
  • The rises in original indexes at the industry level ranged from 0.2% for Information media and telecommunications to 1.3% for Mining.


ANNUAL CHANGE (MAR QTR 2012 TO MAR QTR 2013)
  • The rise in the trend index through the year to the March quarter 2013 for all employee jobs was 3.1%.
  • Rises in the original indexes through the year to the March quarter 2013 at the industry level ranged from 2.4% for Accommodation and food services and Rental, hiring and real estate services to 4.4% for Electricity, gas, water and waste services.
