27/06/2011 New information has been released providing statistics about the length of custodial sentences handed down in the Higher Criminal Courts in 2009-10. The datacubes present information for all states and territories, except Tasmania. Data for Tasmania were not available for inclusion. The datacubes present an aggregated total for the contributing states and territories as well as for each state and territory separately.
