Spirits and Ready to Drink (pre-mixed) beverages

The quantity of alcohol available for consumption in the form of spirits (excluding RTDs) increased by 4.8% between 2009-10 and 2010-11, from 23.0 million litres to 24.1 million litres.

At the same time the quantity of alcohol available for consumption in the form of RTDs remained stable, at 12.8 million litres.
