DATA ITEM LIST
A complete list of data items available for use with the 2014 National Early Childhood Education and Care Collection (NECECC) TableBuilder file can be found in the Excel spreadsheets in the Downloads tab.
For confidentiality and/or usability reasons some data item values have been collapsed and/or restricted for use on the TableBuilder.
Due to potential confidentiality risks within the data, field exclusion rules may exist that restrict the number of data items that can be added to the same table. For more information see "TableBuilder Confidentiality"
The data item list spreadsheet comprises 2 worksheets covering:
· Data items on children enrolled in a preschool program
· Data items on episodes of workers delivering a preschool program
Users intending to purchase the TableBuilder should ensure that the data they require, and the level of detail needed, are available and applicable for the intended use.
