SUPERTABLES - DATA MANIPULATION MADE SIMPLE

SuperTABLES are a free web-based resource which enable users to view and manipulate data in multidimensional tables, allowing users to select individual data items. Information Consultancy in NSW is now offering SuperTABLE Training, a half-day computer-based workshop.

The ABS web site has large datasets that can be downloaded for free. This course will teach participants how to access these datasets in SuperTABLE format to create tables that meet their organisation's information needs. Through a combination of theoretical instruction and computer-based exercises, participants will learn how to use the free SuperTABLE software.

The course is advertised in the ABS web site where details and a course registration form can be accessed.

Further details can also be obtained by contacting Danielle Bouvier on (02) 9268 4636, email client.services@abs.gov.au.
