6. The standard nominal and operational definition of 'Sources of income' is:

      the variable that classifies sources from which persons, income units, families and households receive income.
      Scope of the variable

      7. 'Sources of income' applies to all persons, income units, families and households reporting a value for 'Total income' in surveys that ask about sources.
