OVERVIEW
The Expanded CURF contains more detailed data for some variables than the Basic CURF, as well as some additional variables. For the contents of each CURF refer to the data item list, which is available on the ABS website <www.abs.gov.au> in spreadsheet format. The RADL is an online database query system that supports access to the CURFs. Microdata are held on a server at the ABS and accessed by submitting programs to interrogate and analyse data, as well as access the results. More information about accessing the CURFs and using the RADL is available from the ABS website <www.abs.gov.au> (see Services/ CURF Microdata/ Accessing CURF Microdata). Information to aid interpretation of the CURFs is provided in this paper and in the National Survey of Mental Health and Wellbeing: Users' Guide, 2007 (cat. no. 4327.0), which will be referred to throughout this paper as the Users' Guide.
