Delayed delivery of ABS publications to the press gallery on October 23

Due to the increased security and close down at Parliament House on the morning of Thursday October 23, the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) will delay the delivery of post embargo publications to the press gallery.

The following ABS publications will be boxed at the gallery at 2pm on Thursday October 23 instead of the usual 11:30am delivery time:

  • Information Paper: Changes to Labour Force Survey Products, (cat. no. 6297.0); and
  • Wage Cost Index, Australia, June Quarter 2003 (New Design), (cat. no. 6345.0).

Only the delivery of these products to Parliament House will be delayed. These publications will still be available on this web site at the normal post embargo time of 11:30am and services provided by state offices will not change.
