Contains summary results from the 2009 Survey of Disability, Ageing and Carers (SDAC) conducted throughout Australia during the period April to December 2009.

The release date of this product has been brought forward and replaces catalogue number 4446.0. The initial release will contain a publication and data cube. This will be followed by a series of staggered releases in the form of data cubes which will be appended to this product between January to April 2011.

A summary publication consisting of a consolidation of the progressive releases will not be released on 28 April 2011 as previously advertised. Some commentary and further analysis will be released in Disability, Australia (cat. no. 4446.0) on 2 May, 2011.
