    OVERVIEW
    The paper presents, in the form of index numbers, annual estimates of the productivity of labour and capital in the non-farm market sector and in communication and electricity, gas and water industries. In addition, the paper discusses the measurement of productivity in the non-market sector, with particular reference to the Australian public Service.
