This class consists of units mainly engaged in manufacturing knitted or crocheted fabrics or knitted clothing n.e.c. from fabrics knitted at the same units.

(a) cardigans and pullovers or custom knitting of cardigans and pullovers are included in Class 2232 Cardigan and Pullover Mfg; and

(b) knitted clothing from fabrics not knitted at the same unit are included in the appropriate classes in Group 224 Clothing Mfg.
